Why We Built PostFliq for Multi-Client Social Media Management
Managing social media for several clients involves more than scheduling posts. Each client has a different voice, set of accounts, review contact, and expectation for reporting. The work becomes difficult when a draft lives in one tool, feedback arrives in a message, and nobody can quickly tell whether every destination published.
RickyTechs developed PostFliq, a multi-client social media management platform, around that connected workflow. It gives independent managers and boutique agencies a place to organize each brand, prepare content, collect client feedback, schedule publications, and explain the results their connections provide. People managing their own businesses or personal brands can use the same platform.
We built PostFliq, and we recommend it for the workflows described here. It is operated by Yodawit LLC. This is a product story from its developer, with published capabilities and limits checked on October 18, 2026.
Why the handoffs mattered to us
A social media manager can have a perfectly good calendar and still lose time finding the latest approved wording or checking which account needs reconnecting. Adding another AI caption generator does not, by itself, connect those steps.
Our engineering focus was the working sequence: brand context → complete draft → client decision → scheduled publication → destination result → useful report. Each step should preserve enough context for the next person to act. If a draft changes, its earlier review should not appear to approve the new version. If one network fails, that failure should remain separate from the destinations that succeeded.
This is what we mean by marketing engineering: software that supports the actual work of producing and running marketing. PostFliq is one product application of that approach. It does not replace a content strategy, a client's judgment, or a manager's responsibility to check important publications.
A brand workspace gives every client a clear home
Client context is easy to mix up when several businesses share a planning spreadsheet. A restaurant's tone, a consultant's expertise, and a retailer's offer should not become interchangeable just because the same person prepares their posts.
PostFliq keeps brand information, connected accounts, content, and the calendar organized by brand. A manager can prepare work in the right context while retaining a view of what needs attention across the roster. The public multiple-account workflow explains how those separate workspaces fit together.
That structure is useful for an independent manager growing beyond a few clients, a small team sharing preparation work, or an owner managing several business profiles. It also makes a sensible pilot possible: move one brand first, check the complete routine, and expand once the process works.
Review the version that will actually be published
Client review should answer a specific question: does the client accept this prepared version? An approval in an old email is difficult to interpret after the wording, image, or destination changes.
On Pro, PostFliq's owner can share an expiring guest review link. A reviewer does not need a teammate seat. Links last seven days, can be revoked, and accept a decision on the saved draft. Editing the draft invalidates the earlier review. The client review documentation describes those boundaries.
An approval records feedback; the owner still chooses when to schedule or publish. It is not a mandatory, multi-level publishing gate. That distinction matters when an agency has promised a particular approval policy. The tool should match the client agreement, rather than quietly changing it.
AI assistance belongs inside a human-led process
Paid plans include AI text and image allowances. Those can help a manager prepare a starting point, explore a caption, or adapt an idea to a brand. The important next step is still editorial: verify facts, check the offer, respect the client's voice, and inspect the media.
PostFliq's published workflow keeps a person responsible for putting content into publication. We recommend treating AI output as draft material. A larger quantity of captions is not the same as a useful publishing plan, and an AI-generated image is not evidence for a product claim.
Publishing needs a result for each destination
A post sent to three networks has three outcomes to inspect. One can succeed while another needs corrected media, a renewed permission, or a different account setting.
PostFliq exposes destination-level results so a manager can investigate the affected publication and retry deliberately. Its publishing recovery guide is a useful operational checklist: confirm what is live, read the returned reason, correct the affected version, and verify the retry. That is a more useful working state than assuming an accepted request means everything is published.
Network permissions, processing, moderation, and availability remain outside the scheduler's control. Test your actual account type and format before committing a client calendar. The current site lists Threads and LinkedIn company-page publishing as under verification; it does not currently plan support for X.
A report should distinguish missing data from zero
A manager should not need to explain why an unavailable metric suddenly looks like poor performance. PostFliq's paid analytics keeps coverage visible and supports brand-level reporting and exports. A measurement that was not supplied remains unavailable rather than being silently treated as zero.
Use the analytics coverage explanation to check the metrics your service needs. A publishing connection does not imply every native measurement is available. If a client contract depends on a particular metric or historical period, test it before promising that report.
The practical goal is a conversation supported by evidence: what was published, what can be measured, and what the manager plans to try next.
The pricing case is concrete
PostFliq Pro currently lists at $19.99 USD per month, before tax. The published plans include:
- 10 brand workspaces and 30 connected channels shared across those brands.
- Up to three invited teammates in addition to the owner.
- Client review functionality, analytics, and RSS sourcing.
- 500 AI text uses and 50 AI images per month.
- An unlimited scheduled-post allowance within account and network constraints.
Ten clients with three connected channels each use that 30-channel allowance. It is a shared total, not 30 channels per client. At the listed monthly price, twelve months cost $239.88 before tax. That is subscription arithmetic, not a claim about agency revenue or money already saved by customers.
Free supports one brand, two channels, and 15 scheduled publications per month. Starter lists at $9.99 monthly for two brands and six channels, with paid analytics and AI allowances. Review links and invited teammates require Pro. Each publishing destination counts separately. Check current limits before choosing a plan.
Our PostFliq, Buffer, SocialPilot, and Metricool pricing comparison shows the cost of a defined 30-account workload. The case for PostFliq is the combined workflow and capacity at that price; scheduling, approvals, and AI are established features in the category.
Who we recommend it for
We recommend evaluating PostFliq when a freelancer or boutique agency wants to keep several clients organized, collect straightforward guest feedback, and keep a predictable subscription bill. It can also suit someone planning content for their own brands who needs less capacity on Free or Starter.
A larger organization needing mandatory approval enforcement, specialized reporting, extensive governance, or a currently unsupported network should compare those requirements carefully. A cheaper subscription does not compensate for a missing contractual requirement.
Start with one brand and a real week: connect the intended accounts, prepare a draft, request a revision, publish a representative post, and inspect the available report. Check who owns the next action at every stage.
For a walkthrough, read PostFliq's first-week client publishing guide. Then try PostFliq or explore the RickyTechs PostFliq product page. A useful product earns its place by making that real week easier to run.
