PostFliq: Social Media Management for Client Brands
Keep each brand’s content, client feedback, publishing calendar, and available results together. PostFliq is a marketing engineering product developed by RickyTechs for independent social media managers, boutique agencies, and people managing their own brands.
We built it around the work between the idea and the report: prepare the right draft, get a clear decision, publish to the intended account, and follow up on the result. PostFliq is operated by Yodawit LLC.

One client workflow, from draft to report
A calendar helps you see the week. The surrounding workflow helps you run it.
- Separate client context. Keep a brand’s voice, assets, connected accounts, and planned content together.
- Prepare and adapt content. Use drafts, a content library, CSV import, and paid AI assistance. A person reviews and chooses what gets published.
- Collect feedback on Pro. Share an expiring guest review link without using a teammate seat. Editing the draft invalidates its previous review; approval does not automatically publish it.
- Follow each destination. Inspect publishing results separately and investigate failures without deliberately reposting successful destinations.
- Explain the available results. Paid analytics supports brand reporting and exports, with unavailable measurements kept distinct from zero.
Capacity for a small client roster
Pro lists at $19.99 USD per month, before tax, with 10 brand workspaces, 30 connected channels shared across those brands, and up to three invited teammates in addition to the owner. It includes client review, analytics, RSS sourcing, 500 AI text uses, and 50 AI images per month. Its scheduled-post allowance is unlimited within account and network constraints.
Try the core routine on Free with one brand, two channels, and 15 scheduled publications per month. Starter lists at $9.99 monthly for two brands and six channels, with analytics and AI allowances. Guest review and invited teammates require Pro. Each publishing destination counts separately.
Plan information checked October 18, 2026 against the PostFliq pricing page and public catalog. Check current terms before subscribing. Network, account-type, publishing-format, and analytics coverage differ. Threads and LinkedIn company-page publishing are listed as under verification; X is not currently planned.
Why we recommend a pilot
PostFliq is worth evaluating when a freelancer or small agency wants separate client spaces and a manageable software bill. The strongest case is the bundle of capacity and workflow, rather than any single scheduling or AI feature. We developed the product, so this is our own product recommendation.
Start with one brand and a real week. Check your account types, prepare a draft, collect a revision, publish a representative post, and inspect the report. If your contract requires mandatory approval gates, specialized metrics, or a network outside the current coverage, test those requirements before moving clients.
